Flower Stools
The Black and White Flower Stools were created in 2019, by Art in Uncommon Places and women of the community who volunteer for the non-profit. Each woman imagined these stools one creation at a time completing 15 stools.
The stool structure was designed using concrete poured into a round stool shape. Then mosaic tiled to create black and white stripes around the 18" diameter and 19" tall stools. Each stool has a flower top made of glass mosaic.

The Black and White Flower Stools are a great addition to the sidewalks along Chadbourne near Concho and the black bench by Tremble and Batjer building. We placed 5 stools by Heritage Haus, 6 stools by the beds by the parking lot next to Plateau Brewery and 2 on either side of the black bench.
