Downtown San Angelo Strong is a mural of strong sheep arms located across the street from the Angry Cactus patio area. This mural was inspired by the photo op moments seen all over the major social media sites. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok!

 

We wanted to include "Downtown Strong" as an homage to Downtown San Angelo Inc. This slogan is used for their events and popularized by its monthly Downtown Stroll. 

 

Artist, Zo Flores, took the recognizable strong arms and in her own San Angelo Fashion, paid close attention to the history that wool and mohair have in Tom Green County. Giving our strong arms sheep hooves and western patterns in black and white in the body.
